Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SlideForge you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorisation.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use SlideForge to generate illegal content, content that violates third-party rights, or spam. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, abuse the generation quota (e.g. automated bulk generation), or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.

4. Subscription & Billing

The Free plan includes 3 site generations per calendar month. The Pro plan is billed monthly via Stripe at the rate shown on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Fees paid for a billing period already started are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

The HTML output generated for your prompt is yours once downloaded. SlideForge retains all rights to the platform, underlying code, AI models, and design system. You may not resell or redistribute SlideForge itself.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SlideForge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific uptime, a particular AI output quality, or that the service will be error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlideForge's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amounts you paid to SlideForge in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

SlideForge may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
